How do I request a cleaning quotation?
Complete the bespoke request form with your postcode, property type, required service, approximate size, preferred date and cleaning priorities. You can then send the completed request directly through WhatsApp or email.
Does submitting the form confirm my booking?
No. The form sends an enquiry to Kesmore & Co. Your appointment is confirmed only after the requirements, quotation, availability and booking arrangements have been agreed.
Can I send photographs of the property?
Yes. Photographs can help us understand the current condition and priority areas. After submitting through WhatsApp, attach the relevant images to the conversation. Images can also be attached to your email.
Will I need a site assessment?
Many residential services can be assessed from accurate information and photographs. Larger commercial premises, managed buildings or complex cleaning requirements may benefit from a site assessment before a final quotation is prepared.
Can I request a service that is not listed?
Yes. Select “Other Bespoke Service” and describe exactly what the property requires. We will review whether the request falls within the services Kesmore & Co can provide.
